Tunnel quick freezer
It is the rapid freezing of various food products, including vegetable, fruits and more. And it consists of a series of cooling and mesh belt conveyor. What’s more, this freezing machine adopts a three-dimensional conveyor system with a compact structure and a small footprint, ensuing stable and reliable performance. If you worry about its energy consumption, it is not necessary. Because it is an efficient and energy-saving new product, consuming 30-40% less electricity compared to similar products.
Single spiral quick freezer
This freezing machine can also freeze fruits with a large scale. Because it conveys fruits through chain drive, synchronous triple drive. And the overall structure of the equipment is fully welded by SUS304, with stronger load-bearing capacity. Then these conveyor mesh belts are made of SUS304 food-grade spring steel wire, which has high strength and a service life of 8-10 years. Usually its applicable width is 400~1372mm. More importantly, we will select edge guards according to customer needs to prevent products from falling.
Liquid nitrogen freezing cabinet
Liquid nitrogen box quick freezing machine is consisted of insulation layer, fans, controller, solenoid valve, LN2 injectors and pipelines. It need to be connected to liquid nitrogen storage tank or liquid nitrogen supply pipe through pipeline for using. After start-up, liquid nitrogen go through the solenoid valve, sent to several injectors inside, for direct injection towards the food. At the same time, several fans start to work, to let the nitrogen gas-liquid mixture flow through every inner space of cabinet. The temperature inside could reach as low as -190℃. For this, the nitrogen gas-liquid mixture inside cabinet ensure full heat exchange with the food on the shelf, food temperature decreased by 30 degrees per minute. Finally, the freezing could be finished after just a few minutes.

Liquid nitrogen tunnel freezer
